I first visited Trail West in 2007-2008 with my dad. He bought me a beautiful pair of boots that I still wear to this day, and always get compliments on them. I have been back to Nashville several times since then, and always stay in the Opryland area. I went in to Trail West this weekend and showed them the... More

We were looking for something nice and unique. We went to the Lucchese show room location on 2nd ave right by the cumberland river pedestrian bridge. The had great deals on Lucchese and three of us walked away with great quality boots, exactly what we were looking for. The sales person was so helpful and not pushy at all.

NEVER, EVER GO TO THIS HORRIBLE STORE UNLESS YOU WANT JOE, THE MANAGER TO INSULT YOU AND TREAT YOU WITH COMPLETE DISRESPECT!! My family and I spent more than $650 on boots, hats and shirts. When we had a problem with one of the boots we had purchased, we returned to the store to talk to the manager. He insulted... More

Cool boot store. Was impressed to see they were able to keep the history of the store intact. The creaky wooden floors are a must see.

This is a great shop! Very friendly people, Chrissy was an amazing sales professional. She never rushed us on anything. Took all the time necessary to find the boots that were right for us in style and price. This shop is worth stopping in.

Love this store - it has an old fashioned feel to it! And super friendly, knowledgeable staff! Great selection of Cowboy hats, boots and western wear! Got my Stetson at a great price. Store is just off the main drag, underneath the pedestrian bridge, but worth finding the store.

I went into this store looking specifically for a cowboy hat. I had went to all of the other stores and my favorite was the Jason Aldean style hat, but I wanted to keep looking to see if I saw anything else I liked more. I headed to the hat section and started looking and immediately, one of the employees... More

We came in the store while waiting for our table at Joe's Crab Shack. The kids were checking out the boot stretcher contraption and the wonderful man at the counter repeatedly stated, "This is not Toys R Us." They weren't hurting anything and were simply curious as to what it was. He could have said ANYTHING else. If he didn't... More
