Came to Nashville for a football game and stupidly relied on the weather reports for beautiful, warm weather. Woke up Saturday morning to rain and cold and us without jackets. So off to the mall we went.
Mall at Green Hills has many of your standard stores (Express, Gap, Macy's, Nordstrom) but also has many upscale stores (Gucci, Vuitton, etc.). Everyone was very nice and I was especially appreciative that most stores had staff. So many times you walk into a Macy's and finding someone to help you is impossible. No matter what store we went into, Fabletics, Macy's Nordstrom, Lilly Pultzer, etc. we were always asked if we needed help and that was very nice.
Also, in this time of Covid, 99% of the people we saw wore masks and I don't think I bumped into anyone even once.

With anchor stores such as Nordstrom’s, Macy’s and Dillard’s, this mall offers something for almost any budget. There is a plethora of other stores including Apple, Microsoft and Willam-Sonoma. The Cheesecake Factory highlights places to eat which are sparse. They do have a Nashville based candy company, Colts kiosk.

Hi Dday1959, thanks for 5 stars! We're happy you enjoyed our wide selection of stores and hope you have a chance to dine at one of our other restaurants during your next visit. We recommend North Italia or RH Cafe and then stopping by Colts Chocolate Co. is a must! See you soon!

Business
My coworker and I were in Nashville for business and decided to check out Green Hills after a busy day of work. We were able to get a prime parking spot near the entrance. This mall has all the big names you could ask for and security guards were in abundance. We didn't buy anything but it was worth the time just to look. If you're ever in Nashville, check out this mall.

This mall has greatly improved since we moved here 7 years ago. The connector between the new Dillards with the rest of the mall is great. New stores line the connector also a plus. Nice to see stores being added rather than closing.
Gucci, Crate & Barrel are just 2 of the new stores. New restaurants as well. It still is not as good as the fabulous shopping in Dallas, but it’s going in the right direction.

This is my favorite place to shop when I am in Nashville. Tons of high end shops Betsey Johnson, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany, Burberry....and many more as well as Williams Sonoma, Restoration Hardware, Nordstrom, Bebe, Dilliards, Macys, Cheesecake Factory, Express, Gap, Banana Republic, Victoria's Secret....too many of my favorites to name all of them! There is no "real" food court other than Christie Cookie--which sells treats and drinks and and a pretzel place...but there are restaurants and Starbucks and if you're like me, you don't go to the mall to eat :) This mall is Nashville's nicest mall, it is located in a busy but upscale neighborhood with loads of shops and restaurants near by.

Very nice mall although sparse, seems like it’s either new or in remodeling. The stores it does have are very nice stores.

Thank you for your great review. We recently opened the New Wing reconnecting Dillard's to the rest of the Mall. We hope you come to visit us again as we plan to add brand new retailers and restaurants to our line up the rest of the year. Be sure to visit our website for all the latest openings!

If you live or are visiting Nashville, do yourself a favor and go to The Mall at Green Hills. It is flanked by Nordstrom, Dillards & Macy's, The Container Shop and The Cheesecake Factory but has the best selection of stores in the whole of Nashville, ie: Kate Spade, Lilly Pullizer, Burberry, Louis V., Jimmy Choo, Tiffany and the list goes on and on and on. You will not be accosted by mall vendors as you walk around either like you do at The Cool Springs Galleria , bonus!!!

I grew up in Nashville, but left after college. I now come back just to visit my parents. This mall has come a long way since I worked here in college. This is the only upscale mall with Tiffany's, Louis Vuitton, Burberry and other high end shops. Not as many high end brands as you would find in Atlanta's Phipps, but the best in Nashville. My wife and I always stop by when we visit my parents

In the very heart and center of Nashville is the most wonderful place called Green Hills. Beautiful homes, shops and restaurants, churches of every denomination, parks, hotels and of course .. Lipscomb University fill this area with a quaint but elegant feel. The shopping jewel is The Mall at Green Hills which boasts luxury shops such as Louis Vuitton, Jimmy Choo, Tory Burch, Burberry and Nordstrom.
Right outside is a lovely French restaurant, Table 3 and in Nordstrom is Sixth and Pine diner.
Tip: complementary valet parking is so much easier than parking ...grab a Starbucks and enjoy your experience. I love shopping and dining here and always feel special!!

Stores are all geared toward snobby, rich people. No food court in this mall either. They do have an attached restaurant that you can never get into and a cookie shop in the mall, but that's all you get. Stay away.

There is not a straightforward way to get between the two, the fastest is through neighborhoods, as far as I can tell. I would agree that it's a 20 min drive.

I recommend Tiba. They are a full service day spa and are located on Glen Echo Road across from the mall. Full hair services, nails, skin repair and various massages are available. You won't be disappointed!
