Unless you're really into art, this is kind of a waste of money. The statue was cool, but if that's all you want to see, don't bother. I found the history of the Expo interesting, but could pass on the rest.

This Parthenon in Nashville was worth the hastle it takes to get there. The Athena Statue looks like the one in the movie "Clash of the Titans", They have a nice gift shop if you are into that. I stood next to the Athena statue...More

You just don't expect a 42ft statue in TN. It was really incredible to see all the detail and workmanship on this. Of course there is a gift shop on the way out, but they do give you free information on how it was all...More

Stop and see it and the park beautiful. Don't skip the lake and statues outside the museum has some interesting stuff and lots of pictures of the history of Nashvhille.

Amazing what one can find inside an historical building when touring the location. One of the largest statues I have seen around, at nearly 40+ feet tall and totally housed inside another amazing structure.

We were amazed at the size of this statue- she is 40 feet tall & covered in gold foil. Lots of pictures taken

It is taller than expected. Gold gilding is beautiful. Nice carving. Must see! The building that houses Athena is also impressive.

This is such an unusual attraction, but thoroughly enjoyable. Beautiful and well maintained. Memorable!

Didn't know about this. Worth seeing and also learning about the elaborate fair that brought this about.

Not sure what to say. The building and main attraction, Athena, are pretty impressive. They also have a small room with ancient statues on display.
