This is my second or third summer using their unlimited pass. I take all the yoga classes and take a board out once or twice a week. I love the convenience of just showing up for my reserved time and getting out on the water. I always bring a noodle and just slide into the water if I get too hot. I started doing this when I realized paddle boarding is an excellent exercise for my poor arthritic feet. It improves your balance. And it is just fun!…

I took my own board for paddleboard yoga. The instructor was easy to follow and led a challenging class with lots of encouragement. So much fun to be on the lake with the beautiful scenery while balancing on - and falling off of – the board!

I tried passing by with a group of friends around 1pm and was told we couldn't rent paddleboards because there was a reservation at 2:30pm. They told us to call back after 5pm. When we called back, they said the weather was going to get bad and wouldn't let us rent. The weather was calm and fine.. On Google it shows that it's open till 7:30pm. We showed up at 6pm with perfect weather and they said they close at 7pm plus bad weather was "coming in" and STILL wouldn't let us rent. Super unproffesional. Horrible service. We tried calling back multiple times from different numbers in an attempt to reach the manager but they wouldn't answer the phone. Dont even bother trying to visit. Awful experience…

Review of: Nashville SUP Yoga
This was my best friend and my favorite thing we did while in Nashville. Our instructor, Lindsay, was knowledgable, laid back, and fun. The yoga class was both challenging and low pressure. I would 100% do it again.

This is my second summer with a Locals Unlimited pass at this outfit (and fourth year renting from them). Percy Priest Lake is a good spot to learn how to get (and stay) on a board, as well as to have fun falling off of it when doing fitness or yoga moves on it.
