This spot is separated into a Garden Center, a large fresh produce farmer's market, (free samples!), an indoor food court with specialty shops, and an outdoor Flea Market. It is all under cover; only the food court is climate controlled. Locals and tourists mix here. Outside of the crazy high state sales tax, it's worth picking up souvenirs, snacks and... More

The hours listed say that the Farmers Market closes at 6pm. i got there around 3:30 and were surprised to find that most of the shops were closed. Even if they were open, as farmers markets go, I probably would have been underwhelmed. Nevertheless, it was a good place to rest from the heat. My first impression was that its... More

We were here on a visit to Nashville. After going on a tour the drop off was here and we were all starving. I went to a counter that had fresh chicken salad that was so good. And the best chocolate chip cookies. Outside there were vendors with fresh peaches and tomatoes. Lots of summer veggies. I wish I could... More

Parking is really difficult here on the weekend. But once you are in, there are friendly people selling great stuff. And DEFINITELY visit the food court!

I was in heaven walking around the Farmer's Market, especially the Garden's of Babylon. Beautiful plants. Batch - a little shop inside was perfect for travel gifts. (Reasonably priced as compared to the same items found at other stores around the city.)

Visited the Nashville Farmers Market and also took the Nash Trash Tour (separate review). I was very impressed with the selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. They also had a small flea market section that was average. The produce we bought was disappointing. Tomatoes tasted like hot house (although they claimed to be Tennessee tomatoes...I guess their hothouse was in... More

Nice selection of local produce, crafts and a small flea market. Great enclosed food court with lots of good eats. Skip the lunch crowds on Broadway and head over to the farmers market. You can take the Music City Circuit from downtown for free to the steps of the farmers market.

We had lunch here twice and had a really good meal both times. Great for on a budget; classic street food options. I had the Chinese one day and the BBQ on another. Both cartons of food were fab for the price and were a good food fuel. Busy and vibrant - beautiful artisanal ice creams and other lovely foods.... More

This farmers market is a gem of Nashville. I personally enjoyed the cheese sandwhich food truck (sorry, I don't remember the name), the ice cream shop, the Korean restaurant and the falafel/gyro restaurant was nice too. If you're visiting Nashville this place is certainly worth a visit!

I try to find the Farmers' Market in every town and city I visit. Its a great way to feel like a local, get some great food, and most times pick up handmade gifts from local artists. The growing season is well underway in TN so there was lots of luscious and yummy fruits and vegetables to choose from. The... More
