Opry Mills is a really large mall that has a lot of outlet store in it. I really enjoyed the walk through this huge mall.

The mall was dirty! Trash throughout the parking lot and the food court was terrible. While the crowds were manageable for being so close to Christmas, the lack of cleanliness was just unacceptable.

We went to the mall to see if wifey could get a couple of new sweaters and such for our trip. We didn’t get any clothes but did get a few trinkets. As a mall its not bad at all. Lots of shops to visit and a lot of restaurants

Check your freedom at the entrance. Armed "security" ID check at each entry point, to ensure that "no unsupervised youth" be inside...sounds good if you imagine unchecked gang members terrorizing families while shopping, but in practice, I witnessed nice young families being ID'd and harassed at the entrance with kids (preschool age). Once you are allowed inside, be prepared to be asked to leave almost every business unless you are masked...no exception. I realize that private businesses reserve the right to implement policy as they choose, but I also reserve the right to determine my own safety practices and not be persecuted continuously while trying to leisurely enjoy an evening out Christmas shopping. I will not return.
Just a side note, the "unsupervised youth" thing isn't foolproof...my wife and I had to avoid an 8-10 year old on a hoverboard who almost ran us over multiple times. We finally just stopped and allowed him to disappear down the hallway before continuing, so what's the point of all the restrictions at the entrance?

Unmasked, armed police at every entrance to prevent children and teens from entering (but not leaving) without a parent. They are a private business and entitled to deny service, but this is incredibly excessive for a shopping mall geared towards teenagers. It made me feel unsafe, and in the case of an emergency, every exit was cluttered with tables, ropes, and giant signs explaining the no teen policy. They were clearly not there for anyones safety as were not checking bags or looking for people carrying weapons, nor were they making sure children were leaving with their parent and not some random stranger, rather were concerned with checking IDs (and apparently needed guns to do so). The hunting outposts in the parking lot (that were empty) were also excessive and made the place feel like a prison. I will not be returning.

Very nice and large mall with a lot of occupied stores, restaurants, and attractions. They have some regular and some outlet stores. Also some nice themed restaurants like rainforest cafe and aquarium cafe. Best thing is it is indoors. Also a good quality wax museum.

While in town on business, my coworker and I decided to explore the mall. She had never been to Nashville so she was already enchanted by the city. So shopping we went. She bought several tshirts and sweatshirts and we both enjoyed walking through the mall. There's probably a store for everyone here, you may just have to walk around to find it. We had fun, saw a lot of interesting people and enjoyed the whole experience. I've been here before, will be back and I have a feeling my coworker will too!

HUGE mall by the Opryland Convention Center. Numerous types of stores to check out, from Bass Pro Shop to moonshine. Restaurants had a large variety of options to. If your looking for something to eat and/or buy, chances are pretty good you’ll find it here.

Straight Ahead Scam! I purchased a hot comb from this place in the mall. It’s the little side stores in the middle of the mall which sketches me out. this lady that sold me this was named Jennifer (which was probably not even her real name) and was all sweet and convincing how great this product is. i was so mesmerized by this straighter that i had failed to realize that the one i bought and the one she showed me and used on my hair are two completely different things. Got home and figured out it’s a fake and apparently people’s same straighter MELTED. I had told her i wasn’t wanting to spend so much on a straighter since i had one almost just like it. She proceeded to try and make me deals saying stuff along the lines of “can you keep a secret” and telling me that she made her money off Commission and that she would use some of her commission to knock the price down. which sounded to good to be true but i unfortunately was a victim of this scam that is happening to people every single day in Opry Mills Mall. I don’t even see how this is even aloud and is just sad people make money off scamming people.
