Fontanel Mansion is a 27,000 square foot log home formerly owned by Country Music Hall of Fame(R) member Barbara Mandrell, and is Nashville's only country music mansion tour giving visitors a sneak peek into the lives of country music greats. The home, situated on the 136 acre property, is nestled in the rolling hills of the Whites Creek Valley. With The Inn at Fontanel, the Woods Amphitheater, Pritchard's Distillery the Pepsi Studio Gallery, Cafe Fontanella, Music City Ziplines by Adventure Works, The Trails and Metro Parks Greenway, it is easy to see why Fontanel is becoming one of Nashville's premier destinations. Not overly impressed it was average. Food was over priced for the portions. Not crowded but slow service.

This was such a cool tour! The house is a stunning 27000 square foot log cabin. It use to be the home of Barbara Mandrel. The really exciting part of the visit was you could touch and play the instruments from many famous musicians. You were also allowed to sit on the furniture. Our tour guide Odiss was wonderful and... Our tour guide Steven Whitson, was exceptional. I suggest requesting Steven - he is awesome. As others have said above, Steven remembers everyone's name which leaves guests feeling right at home. This was a great experience and well worth the price of the tour .

The Fontanel Mansion is a beautiful "cabin in the woods" that was once owned by Barbara Mandrel. It's a "hands-on" tour. Very informative. Steven was our guide and he was wonderful! There are other things to do on Fontanel grounds. There's a restaurant, zip-lining and wine tasting on-site.

If you want to be able to see country music star's signed guitars and actually be able to physically hold them and take pictures go to the Fontanel Mansion. The home was owned by Barbara Mandrel. It is the largest log cabin in the world. The first thing the guide will tell you is this is a home not a... More

Wonderful tour. We could sit on furniture take down guitars off the wall from famous star visitors , use the homes bathrooms and even lay on her bed . What tour could you ever do that on. Great guide Bradley, a future star he hopes, was great. Well worth time. Gracious to active military, free.

Beautiful location, I used to love close to that area and it is pretty. Was there for a birthday dinner so I didn't really get to look over the whole area but what I saw, I liked. Great food - there was entertainment the night we were there and they were funny and talented. Great time for the whole group!... More
