The Nashville Convention Center is a very large complex. Nicely setup with meeting rooms and convention halls. Has a four lane road that runs under the middle of it between streets leading to parking garages. Nice architecture and very clean facility, massive.

Not the best. Not the brightest. Worthy. The arena across the street is one of the best managed venues in the nation, so the convention center has much to live up to. They have less to work with, however, but they work hard with what they do have.

“Nice facility” for family and friends and show. The facility itself is very nice and restrooms were clean. The convention hall was done very well

We were at the convention center for the Horror & Tattoo Festival Easter weekend. There was also an Anime convention at the same time - so we went to both. It was a nice enough time. There were certainly surprises around virtually every corner!
The convention center itself, however, was disappointing to be nice about it. It has long outlived its day in the sun and really need to be rethought - layout, condition of facilities, bathrooms are outdated.
Food options were the norm for food service events of this type but pricing was really outrageous. $8 - $12 for an alcoholic drink, $3 for a bag of M&Ms, $4 for a pretzel. I mean, really?!

The facility itself is very nice and restrooms were clean and updated. The convention hall was done very well and we had absolutely no complaints with the outside convention area, parking or convention hall. The staff however, in the convention hall and parking and especially the loading dock when moving in and out were beyond rude. We followed the directions that they gave to us and did not ask for anything out of the ordinary and we were literally screamed at by the staff directing at the back loading docks. It was very unorganized and there was not a structured way of loading and unloading which, in my opinion for a facility this large should be standard operating procedure. This is what they do ALL THE TIME and it should be an easier process. We only had a small suv and not a semi and many other people in the same situation were complaining of how unaccommodating the staff were and how they treated them. Nashville folks are generally pretty friendly and I think that the staff at this convention center need some hospitality training!

The Nashville Convention Center is a large, veryclean, and a conveniently located facility to see. We stopped in just to admire the building as nothing was going on at the time of our visit. It does offer some tributes to music stars in the lobby area and has clean rest rooms. A great stop while walking through Nashville.

Loved it! Convention Center was nice too! Every bathroom I used was very clean considering how many people that attended!

Based on three levels there are rooms here for any size event from very small meeting rooms to one that will accomodate thousands of people.

Looks like this convention center was remodeled recently. Very huge! The new look is nice, modern, and I can see that the convention is going to be well used.
