I took my two grandchildren (8/7) for the obstacle course experience, and they had a blast. We started with the kid adventure, just to get acclimated using the harness clips. Then it was off to the yellow course, and the 8 yr old was confident enough to continue ahead, while I stayed with the 7yr, who was not as confident. I must say, I found it intimidating when I first started, but by the end of the first yellow course, I was pretty exhilarated. The 8yr old wanted to continue onward to one of the green courses, but as the only adult, could not continue any further with the 7yr. I felt there would be a point where she would get nervous to where she'd bail and that would have left the other without supervision in a, just in case situation. We will definitely return to this area. It is nicely shaded throughout the obstacle courses. I would suggest bringing your own gloves, as they are rather expensive there and definitely come in handy. My thoughts during safety video, "what did I get myself into". Its certainly an experience that gets you out of your comfort zone, and gives that exhilarating experience of having done it.

This place is excellent! The staff are extremely supportive and genuinely happy to have you there! I had a blast along with my other three sisters. None of us had previous knowledge of what to do but the process to learn was easy. They use a wonderful safety process so you never have to worry! I am bringing my son and boyfriend next time. 100% would recommend!!

Girls Scouts packed this place today, a Sunday in May, and the staff was great. Everyone liked the courses, almost everyone, but the kids ages 8-10 eventually warmed up to it. Go see this place.

My grandsons had a blast! We loved being the grandparents that hit a home run with this activity—Ha ! Ages ranged from 8-15 and all of them had a fun and as challenging course as they wanted. Staff was so friendly and hard working and we felt our boys were safe with them on watch. Thank you adventure park staff for a great time !

Safety harness was great. The dual carabiners have a double lock type system so you know everyone is safe. Several long courses for all age groups and skill levels. Fun zip line and rope adventure. We did the glow in the park which was lit up at night and the kids loved it.

This was a fabulous excursion! We really enjoyed our climb and are already making plans to visit again. The staff was very helpful, they wanted us to have a great experience and put safety first. There are a variety of trails offering climbs for a wide variety of skill sets.

This was soo fun! I brought my 15 and 13 yr old to do axe throwing. It's a nice location that had many activities and if we weren't on a tight schedule we definitely would have stayed for the ropes course and other challenges. The staff was super friendly and very professional. I will be visiting again when my family and I return to Nashville.

My daughter asked if I could give it more stars. We crammed everything into our last day in Nashville and this place was my daughters only request. We got there 2 hours before closing which is totally doable but she wished she had more time. Such a wonderful place and the employees are so nice and helpful. We can’t wait to return.

The staff were super friendly and helpful and the obstacles were fun. Unfortunately I only got to go on a few before a storm rolled in but they gave me a voucher for another day - will definitely go again. If not in Nashville (here for short time), then at another location.

The actual adventure (climbing, zipping, etc.) was a hit with our teen-aged grandson, and my husband. More strenuous than a basic zip line as there are challenging balance and other courses from platform to platform. Each segment is rated similar to ski slopes (green for easy, blue for intermediate, diamond for hard and black diamond for really, really difficult). For this part, the park gets 5 stars.

The not so good (would give it 0 stars for customer service) was that this park is located inside a church community center, but nothing prepared us for that and the signs were difficult to follow. The call center is in the Northeast somewhere so calling was no help in trying to find the starting point/office. Apparently Trip Advisor has a different rate structure than the actual Advednture Park so there was confusion there since we had prepaid through our Trip Advisor reservations. The people at the site could not find our information from Trip Advisor and said there were always issues with Trip Advisor-booked reservations - this delayed our reserved start time. Almost was not worth it for all the hassles on the front end, but again, grandson loved it. Served the purpose.

Ms. Segers, I responded to your email in detail, point by point about all of your concerns. I am surprised you have publicly given us a 0 for customer service. I even gave you free tickets to come back to have a 5-star experience. We are a great Park and we take pride in our service and reputation. Just so you know we are not on any church property, we are on the campus of the Jewish Community Center. This Community Center is open to the public has an excellent fitness center and pool. So this is the perfect place for more public recreation as the forest here on this campus is magnificent! Also, all of our reservations have 40 minutes built into the ticket time extra to get checked in, visit the bathroom and get a detailed briefing. This extra time is built in so folks never feel delayed. I apologize if it was not a 5-star experience in every way.
