Very disappointed when we flew to Nashville the week of September 21st, 2020 only to go to the museum 3 times to take a tour, but instead all 3 times the museum was closed. No sign or reason why & other mall retailers didn't know why also. This was to be one of the main things to visit while in Nashville but couldn't. My family was very sad not to be able to tour it after we were so excited. Even called & no answer.

Hello. Thank you so much for your feedback. We certainly appreciate you trying to include Madame Tussauds Nashville during your visit to Music City. We were closed from March - June and when we reopened, we did so with limited days and hours. We are currently closed on Tuesday and Wednesdays. I am so sorry we were not open when you visited. We would like to make this up to you so please reach out to me the next time you are in our area so we may redeem ourselves. We anticipate the schedule of closing on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the remaining of this year but plan on getting back to normal operational hours in 2021. We so appreciate you placing us on you "to do" list and look forward to the opportunity to welcoming you again to Nashville and to Madame Tussauds. Please reach out to me personally. Again, my apologies for your disappointment. We are so sorry we missed you. Kindest Regards, Kelly Field General Manager, Madame Tussauds Nashville Kelly.Field@MerlinEntertainments.biz or call (615)-485-4867

This was my first tourist attraction in Nashville. Easy to find (in a mall). I loved the information of the wax figures printed on large guitar picks. Loved how the museum covered more than country stars. It covered pop, rock, and early rock and jazz.

Did the backstage tour with Olivia, Ethan and Jacob, so much knowledge! The talent they have is unremarkable. Olivia even showed us how she had to heat up a tool to reapply an eyelash on one of the figures. Did not know how much goes into keeping the wax figures in their pristine condition for viewing. So life like and the history was right on. Two ladies at the ticket counter were helpful also. They along with the crew from backstage were so friendly and sharing with their stories of the museum. Would highly recommend the tour!!!

Amazed at how real the wax figures were. Fun place to take pictures with the stars. Visited early evening with no wait. Great place for families, couples & sm groups. Admission was free with our receipt from the downtown trolley ride. This made both venues seem more affordable.

My husband and I had never been to a wax museum so we figured this was as good a time as any. We ended up really enjoying ourselves. There weren't many people so we could stay socially distanced. Masks were required. The exhibits were well planned out and the information provided was educational but fun.

This was such a fun place. It was my first visit to a Tussauds museum and I loved it. Very well laid out with many different sections. Was surprised by the interactive ones. A great way to spend an hour or two.

While wives were shopping, my son & I took in the wax museum. We took our time as it was interesting. With a country music star them (we are in Nashville), we enjoyed naming the stars. The figures were very realistic. Worth the time.

We were finally able to make it to the museum while visiting Nashville. We were all excited to see a lot of wax figures of famous Country musicians. But we were disappointed there was a lot of space with no figures to fill it. The rooms seemed empty looking. It took less than an hour to walk through everything.

What we did see was well done. I don't understand why there were some figures that didn't seem to belong, like Katy Perry and Ozzie Osbourne. I personally wish that Toby Keith had a wax figurine there.

While there were lots of people to see, there was one totally empty room with just a bunch of couches. A few of the areas seemed to be missing people. We did like the Darius Rucker explanation area. Really just wish this one was as good as the the Vegas one.

We were having dinner at Opry mall. Just across from madame tussauds. Had some time to kill, and found a $6 online coupon, so why not.

Not at all your typical madame tussauds!!
All focused on music stars, mostly but not all were Nashville based. Appropriate music playing for each star location. Yes interactive. You can pose, sing, take pictures with them all. One fun scene was backstage at Opry. (My wife also emphasized the lack of scary scenes, quite the opposite).

Highly recommended for all ages
