The grounds are beautiful. The plus for us was getting to see the inflatable white rabbit exhibit that we'd seen at our Memphis museum. Also, the mansion is beautiful and worth the visit. Tickets are a bit pricey.

The admission fee was $18 for seniors and $16 for students with ID proof. Parking was $5. Amanda Parer had a special outdoor exhibit of larger white inflatable rabbits. Was probably one of the most worthless exhibits I have seen. We walked the trails and...More

Before making the long drive home we opted to tour Cheekwood in the morning. That was a wise choice since it was already getting hot and muggy that day. Do go while they are featuring the giant inflatable bunny artwork. Trust me, it’s really quite...More

The gardens were in disrepair and quite disappointing. The tour of the mansion was interesting. The mansion is also in need of some repair as well.

Home of the Maxwell Coffee investors which they sold for $40M and developed this estate in 1929. There are some areas of renovation on going. The gardens are well maintained with different styles to explore. The original sculpture trail is a little worn but still...More
