Perfect place for a June wedding- weather cooperated for some outdoor seating and bars also. I've been here for art events and small concerts and it's good for those also.

Everything in my youth was enjoyable and played in the leaves and trees on the grounds. I would highly recommend this as a family option.

Firstly, finding this place is a real challenge. My GPS took me to a gate which is no longer open. Then once you do find it, the lack of colour is a little boring, it's overwhelmingly green. Then the house was closed for refurbishment. Maybe...More

I hate that we missed the re-opening of the home but the gardens were stunning. Our concierge knew that we wanted things other than country music attractions and suggested this. What a wonderful recommendation.

Love the reciprocity with Chicago Botanical Gardens. Beautiful shade gardens. Loved walk through the sculpture garden. Staff gardeners were very knowledgeable.

Gorgeous gardens and interesting artwork. Frankly the entrance fee of $20 is a little steep. Visited during the mansion renovation so wasn't able to check it out.

I was expecting more from these gardens. We visited near the end of April so I'm not sure if it was too early in the season for more blooms but we had a hard time finding many flowers. The mansion was closed for renovations which...More

$40 for 2 adults and $5 for parking to walk around the gardens. The tickets should have been discounted. The gardens are nice and it was easy to park. I don't think I will come again.

We loved the botanical gardens. The mansion is in restoration mode, so you can see it. You would think they would temporarily discount the price, but they don't. And they charge for parking on top of the admission price. That's something they really need to...More

What is the parking fee? I see it's not included with admission on their website, but no info on what the charge is.

How do I get a partial refund. No signs to indicate museum was closed until we were paid and at the museum. My granddaughter was VERY disappointed. Spent almost $100 just to walk the grounds!!!

Call or email...and then if no favorable answer...you can just post an unfavorable review... BUT I would think they would respond to your concerns before you have to go that far. Good Luck
How long does it take to walk around the grounds?
