This smaller zoo was just right for my grandson and us. I have never been to a zoo where you could get so close to the animals. The first exhibit was of blue macaws which were in an open exhibit and about 10 feet in front of us. The next one was monkeys that were not caged but in open... More

Beautiful well planned zoo. You can enter the kangaroo exhibit! They are trying to take the best of all zoos and incorporate them into their zoos. Even have live exhibits in the bathrooms! A must see!

I've been too many times to count. Was there in September 2016 most recently. I've been going since it was an itty bitty zoo. It's still not as big as several renown zoos but it won't disappoint. I love the unseen world exhibit. Lots of unusual reptiles, amphibians, etc. Animal exhibits are well done. Shows and docents are entertaining and... More

When I went to Zoo back in August I finally got the courage to ride the Soaring Eagle Zip Line. It was Awesome and well worth the wait, I would definitely ride it again. Going on a Sunday is the best time to go because it doesn't get crowded till late afternoon.

This is a beautiful, landscaped area,,,the problem is that there are not many animals on exhibit. Great play area for the kids, great areas to walk around, but again,,,,,where are the animals? We have annual membership and go for the park and the various special events they have. If your looking for a nice day out, with a walk in... More

First time I was able to go into enclosure next to kangeroos. The zoo is small but well designed and quite interesting.

This is nothing like major metropolitan zoo, very overpriced for the amount of exhibits and the types of animals available is pretty limited. They are constructing a few more exhibits, so that will be an improvement, but I personally do not think the newer exhibits would justify the cost.

This is a small but very well done zoo. Several exhibits were under construction but that did not detract from the experience. Lots of shade so even on a hot day it was tolerable walking around. Exhibits are beautiful and informative - several interactive ones that are great for kids. We spent about 2 hours there and that was plenty... More

This is a very nice Zoo! It's large but set up in a way where you're not exhausted by the end. The views of the animals are great while keeping them far enough away to not be bothered. Their habitats are very clean and natural. I love the unlimited slushies!
