We have used this company several times. In all instances they have been completely professional, friendly and efficient. Because of this when we attempted to encourage my in-laws to fly to our city for Christmas this was the first company we contacted. My in-laws are 86 and 88 and have not flown in over 50 years. I called Emerald Luxury Transportation and they could not possibly have been more helpful. They agreed to not only pick up my in-laws and take them to the airport, but agreed to help them check in, go through security and take them to their gate. To be clear, this is not a service they normally offer, but they were willing to help us out and everything could not have gone smoother. I cannot say this enough. If you are looking for a car service in Nashville, this is the company to call. Period!!!

I booked an airport trip with a return with this company and the trip in was fine. The return got messed up as we didn't get our wake up call from the hotel and I am told the driver had the front desk call us several times. Again, no call in our room. Barely made our flight home and once home I received notice of the mix up from the company and I gave them my side of the story. Earlier this evening I received a bill for the airport trip which I can't blame them for as apparently the driver was there but I also received and additional fee for $60.00 for the wait. I run a small business myself and to me
adding the extra fee is just plain bad business and I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Emerald prides ourselves on providing a great customer experience. We have already communicated via email. I am responding to your review so other clients can have a full understanding. You requested a pickup time of 9:15 am on Sunday, June 4. The chauffeur arrived on the scene at 9:00 am. At 9:30 am the chauffeur called and left a voicemail, with no response form you. We went inside of the hotel and the front desk representative called your room and nobody answered. The chauffeur texted you at 10:01 am and again no response. The chauffeur went back into the the hotel and the front desk attempted to call your room again with with no contact and then another employee physically went to your room with no answer. A copy of the the text message as well as the call history was sent to you showing we called at 9:30 am, 9:51 am, and 10:21 am. An email was sent at 9:54 am with no response. We exhausted all means to reach you with no avail. Our overtime policies are on both of your reservations that you received when you booked your reservations online and when we sent the chauffeur details. Emerald offers a FREE 15 minute grace period for airport departures, after that we bill for the time the chauffeur has to wait. Again we waited 1 hour and 5 minutes past the schedule pickup time. If we left after our 15-minute grace period and you were just running a few minutes behind you would have been upset.
