I bought tickets for my husband to the grand ole opry at the ryman as a surprise for our one year anniversary. He absolutely loved it. I'm not a big country fan but even I enjoyed myself. The music was good and the performances were amazing, very energetic and welcoming as if into a family. We will defintely go again.

Weekend trip with the wife. Great show. All seats give a great view of the stage. Popcorn and Beer. Who could ask for more. Excellent show. Second time there and once again loved it. Can't wait to go back.

While in Nashville make it a point to get tickets for the Grand Ole Opry. Its a huge theatre but I don't think there's a bad seat. There are 4 half hour segments to the show that are hosted by seasoned veteran musicians and each one presents a few artists. Our favorites were Mo Pitney, Sleepy Man Banjo Boys and... More

I absolutely loved the backstage tour of the Grand Ole Opry, it was truly amazing for any country music history buff or fan! to see all the ins and outs was brilliant plus our tour leader was a lovely guy and informed us so well about the opry and seemed so passionate about it. The dressing rooms were out of... More

We had never heard the radio show so it was fun to experience it. We have never heard so many Dollar General and Cracker Barrel ads! We went through the internet for tickets thinking it was through the Opry. It was Vacation Made Easy. Our seats were terrible. Far to the right in section 1 ( do not sit in... More

You can't miss the Grand Ole Opry if you are in Nashville. They have moved to a huge auditorium since I first visited. If you like country music, great showmanship, and comedy..... you will love it. The traffic to get there is NOT FUN, but worth the drive

We went 2's to the Opry. First one was a Friday night and it featured Lady Antebellum among other great performers. Fantastic to watch the Opry stage live. The 2nd time was the next day for the birthday concert by Craig Morgan. Love him and loved our time there.

i really wanted to like this but was turned off by its proximity to a huge shopping mall and overly touristy location. If you go do so when tours are offered. Otherwise you won't see much.
