The history of this place is amazing. If you can appreciate the history and impact this place has had on American culture, check this out. If you are indifferent, then you will be disappointed. To start out on the tour, you watch a short video hosted by Blake Shelton giving a brief history about the start of the Grand Ole... More

Assuming tickets had been purchased online, went to pick them up and found some steps to purchase had not been completed. We were able to get better seats on comfortable chairs that went on sale that day and the price was better. Great performances although we did not recognize some of the performers as we are not totally devoted fans... More

If you're in Nashville you've simply got to go to a show at the Grand Ole Opry. It was our best night out on our 12-day tour of the Southern States. The live radio show was really entertaining with what looked like thousands in the audience and eight or so top notch acts. Th atmosphere was electric and the music... More

The Grand Ole Opry House is absolutely beautiful and everyone that works there is very friendly. Our tour guide was Mary and she was extremely knowledgeable and very funny...she made the tour so that you felt you didn't want it to end. I would recommend that anyone visiting Nashville for the first time go there for the tour.

We went the Sat. after the CMA show thinking there would be some famous people still in town to play at the Opry. We were dead wrong. We hadn't heard of any of the guest artists, but it was still a great show. This time (Nov-Jan) of year it's at the Ryman which is the origin of the Opry so... More

We enjoyed the Friday night Opry at the Ryman. A wonderful mix of veteran entertainers and up and coming acts. If specifically planning a trip to Nashville to see the Grand Ole Opry I would recommend coming when it will be at the Ryman! Such history and warmth in this venue!

Incredible how well organised this place is to get a very large crowd out of the building in a short time, so just be patient. Plenty of parking near the venue as are food and drink outlets.
