A few days before visiting the current home of the Opry I took a tour of the glorious Ryman auditorium. This place cannot compare with the Ryman, but it is a nice facility nonetheless. The show ran the gamet from traditional blugrass; western swing, and modern country music. Sorry I missed Loretta Lynn, who had to cancel due to illness.... More

This is an experience like seeing the Rockettes in NYC. Everyone needs to see it. We went up to the ticket office last minute, got the cheapest seats (although not together, close enough), and really enjoyed the show. I would not pay ticket broker pricing. It was an enjoyable evening that surpassed my expectations.

We were in town for a convention and were able to purchase tickets for a behind the scenes tour and a show. We were not disappointed. The tour was fascinating, loved hearing about the history and seeing the various dressing rooms. It was fun to have a photo taken on the stage. We also had a ball at Opry Friday... More

This was a great ending to a 10-day southern trip. What a great experience. The performers were all 1st rate even though we were only familiar with just a couple of them. The group "Selah" was a special surprise. We had gotten seats well in advance and loved being on the first row, middle, of the balcony. Great time!

We enjoyed the Opry show and the backstage tour afterwards. Such a mix of the old and new in country music. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. It was fun and entertaining.

This was our first visit to the Opry and we LOVED it ! They had new country music, old country music, bluegrass, gospel, square dancing and comedy. It was a great night. Its a good thing we don't live closer because I would want to go all of the time. We will go again♡

We had a fantastic time. To see so many different artists of all ages and country music styles in the space of about 2 hours was brilliant and knowing it was going out live all over the world was crazy.

This is a sight to behold. People watching is almost as fun as the event. Theater is huge. Musicians were aging but spirited. Some good instrumentalists. There are commercials interrupting the show because it us broadcast on the radio simultaneously. Corny jokes galore.
