Nice park to walk around, the swing seats are also nice to use to take a break.. The Parthenon replica is a sight to see. The locomotive at the park is interesting also.

we stopped by on Thursday evening for the outdoor concert 5 - 9 pm ( food trucks, and lots of Nashville's up and coming artists ) and went back on Friday morning to visit the Parthenon - history, art and just wonderful to see !

The park is very beautiful with plenty of places to walk and things to see. The parthenon is impressive and worth a visit as well.

The park itself is simply lovely. Wonderful sidewalks meander around the lake. (Really like seeing the beehives on the island.) The tour book we had picked up didn't mention any closures.

Great place to walk and run, near the restaurants, and free parking for 2 hours (I don't think they ever check or ticket anyone!).

Gorgeous trees and foliage. Bring bread for the ducks - they expect it as they came right over to us as we approached the water.

Went to Centennial Park to check out the replica of the Parthenon. It was basically AWESOME. Having visited the Parthenon in Athens, it was really cool to be able to see how the building would've looked completed and how the Athena statue would have looked....More

I'm not much on history but went along with the crowd. I really learned a lot. It was something I wouldn't of done on my own. Construction was amazing!
