We were greeted by the very knowledge and charming, Ian. He gave us a brief history of the vineyard and showed us some of the old vats. We were there for the area's speciality, fortified (and Durif). We ended up taking some "Liquid Gold", Classic Rutherglen Topaque. This was a mid range stickie and the more you spend they do... More

We all enjoyed the wines - especially the fortified one. Also bought some cheese. Quite a change from when I last visited in the 1970's when I would buy port in flagons !

I've visited a lot of cellar doors over the years and can honestly say this was the best wine tasting I've ever experienced. My husband and I spent a fun hour and a half here although he didn't get to have as much fun as he was driving. The staff, especially Rob and Sandra, were so friendly and knowledgable and... More

If you enjoy fortified wines then you must visit Campbell's. Their Muscat and Topaque (Tokay) are sublime. But try their whites and reds first - you won't be disappointed, especially their bolder reds. A small family owned vineyard, the cellar door is welcoming and you can wander through to the back and step back in history as you walk amongst... More

Excellent small winery. Always a very friendly and informative staff. Try the local red wine duriff a nice drop and a reasonable price. I personally enjoy tastings in the Rutherglen area. One gets the impression that the wineries are long time family owned making a good product. Some vineyard areas in Australia are owned by " hobby" wine makers and... More

We visited over Anzac weekend 2016 - the weather was fantastic and warm. We sampled all of the wines Campbells had on offer and received some great information about the wines and years, grapes etc. We settled joining the club and purchasing 2 dozen bottles of Durif (2007 - 2012 and 2013) The kids were entertained with a treasure map...
