Very overpriced and not worth the time, we didn't do the tour but the cafe and retail chocolate store was enough for us. Samples are well hidden behind the counter and you have to... read more

Huge shop and cafe area, smaller chocolate factory tour area, the tour had some interesting chocolate information, and 'games' but the ridiculous exhorbitant prices for a tour of a Chocolate factory that doesn't appear to make chocolate! And the chocolate is not that good!! Was a total disappointment, when we have heard so much about this place and have been saying... More

You get a free chocolate bar as a ticket ..there's free samples throughout the tour and games to play to collect balls and exchange them at the end for chocolate balls ...you can see employees making chocolate 🍫 wasn't a bad tour was about $13-15 for a pensioner

We've been driving by this for years and haven't had the chance to stop. This weekend we did and we were very disappointed. Like another reviewer stated it really does only cater for the overseas visitors not the locals. For a family of 5 we were told it was $61 for the tour through the "factory". I'm not too sure... Saw the signs and decided to check out the factory. It was more of a shop with expensive chocolates to cater for overseas tourists and not locals. The tour costs extra and is not free. Chocolate was ok but not great.

I understand that the reason to go there is to get to see how chocolate is being made - I did not buy that package. I was told that it's mostly for kids. It seems that most of their business comes from hapless tour customers (like myself) that get taken there by the tour operators. The chocolate on sale was... More

What a great way to spend some time! Well priced to get into the tour and lots of things to see and do in there especially for our 2 year old son. Very interactive and the staff were very friendly also! Definitely a place to go when you're in the area.
