Friendly service. We were the only ones there as we were passing through. With covid safe regulations, the lady brought the tastings to our table. We had a lovely chat and purchased some beautiful wines. A worthwhile visit for sure.

Lovely hostess during our tastings, we really felt inviting into Michelini today. We had two young children who the hostess was happy to engage with. Overall some nice wines and a good experience st the end of a long day

Was really looking forward to visiting this winery. Unfortunately their tasting room staff let them down. The wines were plonked down, we were told a little bit about each then she either wandered off or just stood looking at us. It made us feel like we were a nunisance. We felt most of their wines were rather tasteless. After paying $10 per person for tastings we expected a bit of a more welcome.

On my birthday weekend getaway we stayed in Bright and hired a Tandem bike from Cyclepath and rode from Bright to Myrtleford. Stopping at many places along the way. Our final stop before heading back was Michelini Wines. Dawn served us for tastings very helpful and nice mannered ended up buying a bottle of Chardonnay enjoying a glass each outside before heading back to Bright. We returned on the Monday en route home and bought a case of the Demon Ridge Cuvee and 1 bottle of Chardonnay from Dawn. Very impressed with the value for money and politeness of staff. Other wineries need to take note!

I’m Swiss Italian and I was excited to discover the Michelini website which promised a boutique, Italian family-owned vineyard in Myrtleford with interesting Italian varieties. Unfortunately we were left underwhelmed by our tasting experience. As soon as we stepped into the tasting room, we were greeted by cheesy pop music. We were served a selection of whites, but because they were served at near freezing temperature, they all tasted the same. When I asked a simple question about the wine, the person serving said that they weren’t sure as they had only been working there for 2 years !?! The tasting was $10 pp. I don’t mind paying for wine tastings but I expect a better experience. There are some other options in the area that provide this.

Walked in here mid afternoon and found we were the first people tasting for the day. Given how convenient the cellar door is and the quality of the wines that was a surprise. The young lady serving was both very knowledgeable and helpful. Tried a number of reds, whites and sparkling. I was not the designated driver. All our group were impressed. Varieties are basically Northern Italian so don't go looking for Shiraz and Cabernet. I found the Sangiovese and Merlot in the Reds and Vermentino, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc in the whites to be excellent. Sparkling Merlot, Pinot Chardonnay and the Demon Rigde Special Cuvée. We're the pick of the sparkling. Well worth a stop and will certainly return.

We were greeted by a very friendly young lady who was most informative on all wines available to taste & for sale. We really stopped to purchase some Grigio which we had done some 6 months earlier, but checked out the reds as well. Our hostess was very pleasant & most knowledgeable, sorry but not sure of her name, but Chad at Feathertop could learn a lot from her on manners. We did get our dozen Grigio plus some reds. Ample off road parking.
