What a lovely place for a weekend outing. The animals are well looked after and clearly healthy. The zoo staff are friendly and informative. We will definitely return maybe for one of their overnight zoo camps in summer.

When around Mansfield, must visit for the family. friendly and informative people at the Mansfield Zoo. Great to visit around 1.30 to experience the feeding of their 2 sets of lions and find out so much more about them and all that the zoo has to offer. Great place to get up close and personal to feed the roaming varieties... More

Called in with 4 kids as a recovery day from skiing. Very relaxed family run joint. You can borrow a pair (or 6) of wellies that's how friendly it is. Some nice little options to hand feed various animals and then to watch the 4 lions being fed with a commentary from the owner. Probably better for smaller kids rather... More

I could see a lot of animals in this zoo like lions and more animals but you would have to go there yourself to experience it!

We went to the Mansfield zoo as part of our "rest day" from skiing at Mt Buller. It was awesome for the kids and adults. Don't trust the camel, he will steal your spade when eating the food....

A great little zoo to visit. It is very hands on ,also the animals seemed to be well cared for. It was obvious to us that owners loved all the animals and were very nurturing . We will bring our grandchildren on our next visit

We have driven past Mansfield Zoo multiple times and finally decided to stop by! For an someone who is not very fond of any attraction promoted by animals this was pleasant and enjoyable. Both children enjoyed the experience, particularly the lions. And the owners/staff were insightful and showed much enthusiasm

Mansfield has a zoo. Yes in the Victorian high country there is a zoo. If you've seen the movie "We bought a zoo" then you will know what this place is like. It's not like your normal big city zoo, it's a small family run zoo. They don't have elephants or giraffes but they do have lions. You can hand... More

You need about 2 hrs to walk around the zoo. Kids loved the roaming animals and feeding all different types of animals. They loved it when the camel took their spade and then spat it back out at them. The monkeys are always good for a laugh. Worth a visit.

Kids had fun checking out the animals...loved the lions. Relaxing place...a bit pricey. Mansfield area is awesome.
