This place is lovely, we spent an afternoon enjoying the well maintained gardens and going for walks, this park has been established for a very long time so the trees are magnificent, the scenery is so nice and the bush walks are easy, plenty of...More

Had a wonderful time wandering around the park and over the dam. A great mix of autumn colours. Would love to return in the summer months.

We spent an idylic hour or so wandering around the park on a perfect autumn day - plenty of parking, great picnic areas available and a wide variety of easy to more challenging walks throughout the whole area

This is a good day out, the camping grounds are close by. This also has a caravan park, at our time visiting fire were allowed. The dam levels were low but still a great day.

This location was next to my hotel. I was quite surprised - it was not on my to do list, but I woke up earlier than expected and I decided to see the area before checking out. Well worth it! It's pretty - I definitely...More

It is possible to push a pram from the carpark at the corner of Maroondah Rear Access Road and Henderson loop Road, for maybe 150 metres to the grassy areas below the dam wall. If you are looking for a place for toddler... More

Due to storm damage, a large part of the park is cordoned off, though you can still walk on the dam wall. That said, there are still a number of pergolas and gas BBQs that are accessible in the park.
