About
Hop on board our 7.8m Rigid Inflatable Boat at Port Welshpool in South Gippsland and skip across the waves of Corner Inlet out to where the Tasman Sea meets Bass Strait. Be amazed by the scenery of the Wilson's Promontory coastline and keep a lookout for wildlife - dolphins, seals, penguins, birdlife, whales. Arrive at Refuge Cove on the south eastern coast of Wilsons Prom and enjoy an hour or so exploring the pristine sands and surrounding bushlands of the cove. Enjoy your own picnic on the beach, swim or just relax before the ride back, circle Rabbit Island with its coastal caves and resident sea eagles and Cape Baron Geese, before heading back to Port Franklin. An exciting adventure ride, you may get windblown, you may get wet but you will have a fabulous time!

Great fun tour for all family. Tony was a real ‘G’ he took us on but extra than the description, great value for money, went swimming and fun on the boat. Thanks Tony and Sheryl.

Fantastic experience for our family. We saw stingrays (at the port), seals, and the highlight was the dolphins. Stunning day and Refuge Cove is spectacular (an oasis). Tony was great with the kids, and was great to get an explanation of the area. We have been coming to Foster for 10 years+, and never had seen this part of the prom. Very worth it!. And to top it off, Tony was a good bloke, and picked up an injured bushwalker and took him back to Port Welshpool.

3 of us had personalised trip on the Kraken. Tony was very informative and fun. We saw dolphins, seals in the bay and stingrays at the wharf/gutting station - waiting for a free feed. The boat was lots of fun and we were fortunate to have beautiful weather. Highly recommended. A must

Had an amazing time with Kraken Tours fast boat ride with Tony. He took us out at 8 am especially so we could fit the tour into our schedule. We just loved it! Blew the city cobwebs away ! We sped across the bay after being picked up at Port Welshpool . Tony's commentary was fantastic - we learnt so much. He really cares about making sure his customers have a great time. I thoroughly recommend Kraken Tours as a really different and exhilarating way to see the beautiful Wilsons Prom. Well worth every cent! A boat tour out of the ordinary .

A group of friends hiked for a couple of days and we arranged to be picked up at the end of the hike in a remote part of the prom by Kraken tours. He was waiting there for us with a big smile, the boat was really comfortable, the ride was wonderful and the whole experience was fantastic. Dropped off with ease at our final destination.

Sheryl was very helpful in the lead up to our trip with frequent communication and advice.
Tony and Sheryl were fantastic hosts who were warm and shared a stories and history of the area. Lovely small, local and family run business.
We had a great weather day! Great fun boat ride and a magnificent location for lunch too! We opted to jump out of the boat and walk from the southern beach to the northern beach, which made really good use of the time and brilliant views!
We saw dolphins, little penguins and cape barron geese throughout the trip.
Tony made the most of every wave and could tell we wanted a bit of excitement, so he delivered on that!! Great fun!

We had the BEST day! Our guide, Tony took us by RIB to the stunning and pristine Refuge Cove, nestled on the east side of Wilson's Promontory. The boat ride was exciting and huge fun and the scenery was unparalleled. Tony was very informative, happy and respectful. Safety was observed at all times and we felt very secure. Kraken Tours are very professional and punctual. We cannot recommend this experience highly enough!
