Panther Creek state park has great hiking trails. Everything from easy to hard and short to longer. The park is dog friendly as long as they are on the leash. There’s plenty of parking. There’s also pavilions around the area

We’ve hiked in this park at least 6 times. There are a ton of trails. Lots of deer and other critters. The scenic overlooks of Cherokee Lake are spectacular.
