Excellent way to end your exploration of the Gorge Rd circuit. Easy to see falls from viewing which is located right on road

Worth a look

We visited here recently, the falls were good. Best to visit while its raining or just after a lot of rain. Small viewing area to take photos.

Hidden Gem
Jul 2020
We came across this fall quite unexpectantly but what a beautiful find. The water cascades over the red rock which looks amazing mid afternoon as the sunlight highlights the reddish bedrock and backlights the Newton Bridge. Definitely worth a visit.

Interesting falls

Well worth the detour. This is at one end of the Gorge drive depending on which end you enter from. Pretty falls with a bridge.

Beautiful falls right in town.

Great spot at the end of the Gorge Road Circuit drive to pull over and view the waterfalls. Very close to the township of Beechworth. A must when visiting.

Nice set of falls close to town
Mar 2019 • Couples
These falls are right beside the Gorge Road, where's there's a parking area and viewing platform. We were there in late summer, so not much water, but they must look spectacular in the wetter months. The old historic bridge is worth stopping and walking over - well maintained heritage feature. Given these falls are at the edge of town, you may as well make the very short detour.

Great falls on Gorge Scenic Drive
May 2019 • Solo
These falls and stone bridge at the end of the Gorge Scenic Drive are lovely, especially after rain. There is a small car park from which the falls can be seen. There are steps to the lower viewing area.

Nice Views

Interesting to see how the miners diverted the rivers all that time ago. The falls aren't the best, but you do get some great views.

Never thought we'd see so much natural beauty so close to town. Well worth finding about these hidden treasures at the info centre.
