The family strolled past here while walking the cliffs round St Davids'. The site is a ruin just overlooking the cliffs below the city. You can't miss it from the path below. St David was supposed to have been born here round about the 6th century. There is a plaque to commemorate this. People can wander in and out at leisure.

Spent a number of hours in the area, so it was on my list of places to visit. The little shrine to St Non is worth the walk up from St David's. A very peaceful place,, once we visited the area had a good walk along the cliff tops.

Well worth the short walk from St David’s.

Easily found at the end of an accessible track you will find the well and statue. Through a gate you will come across the ruins with beautiful clifftop views across the horizon.

A short walk to the new chapel with messages left to passed loved ones on the window sills.

A sense of peace and calm dominates the area.

This walk never ceases to amaze me. It is absolutely beautiful area and peaceful. Busy with walkers but not overcrowded. Great to walk with a dog and not a very long walk back into St Davids.

I would say this is a must.

This is a nice place to escape to when St David’s is heaving. Follow the signs up a tiny road that looks as though it’s going nowhere and you’ll come to a lay by with stunning views of the Chapel overlooking the bay. The coastal path is right next to it stretching north and south. Your choice.

To go to St Non's Well and Chapel is to go back in time and imagine the birth of St David all those years ago. I had no transport but it was not a long walk to St Non's Bay and well worth the effort.

A great setting overlooking the sea and birthplace to St David. The clear sparkling holy water is a joy to behold.

Easy to reach by foot or car from the tiny city. Don't miss it

St Non was said to be the mother of St David. The Chapel ruin is just that, but the jewel is the other chapel, completed in 1934, which is a tranquil veneration of the saint. Nearby is a holy well, said to cure the insane. We did try a sip, but remain as nutty as ever.

We popped into the little chapel at St Non's while walking along the Pembrokeshire coastal path and it was heart warming.

A number of people have clearly been helped spiritually by their visits to the chapel and nearby well. The atmosphere is uplifting and emotional.

For a simple break even for a few minutes as you're walking by it's well worthwhile.

One of those places that can link us all in our human experience.
