I have used Pembrokeshire Massage twice, once for lower back pain and once for sciatica. With the massage / manipulation and follow-up advice, there was no need for a second session.

A hidden gem. Deep in the heart of North Pembs in Camrose near Newgale. Dewi is amazing!
Utterly professional and makes you feel very relaxed. The environment is so welcoming. Annexe of an old house rather than a sterile clinic.
The massage was wonderful. Tailor made to my needs. Neck and shoulder pain now relieved.
