I visited the gardens on the strength of the reviews and found them pleasant enough. You enter through the 'garden centre' shop and there is a £3.50 per person charge. When inside there is a very well laid out pond and walk around it. There are plenty of places to sit. Deeper into the 'woods' there are children's play houses... More

Hilton Court is a beautiful garden to visit with lovely large ponds full of waterlilies of all colours which were in full bloom for our visit. You drive down narrow country lanes to reach Hilton Court and then enter via a courtyard with a lovely restaurant, art gallery, pottery, gift shop and garden shop. Everyone is very friendly. You then... More

The gardens were beautiful, with lots of wildlife and hammocks situated around the water! We had lunch in the cafe opposite the pottery building, the sandwiches are delicious! I can also recommend a cappuccino if you like coffee, as it was the nicest coffee I have ever tasted!

The gardens were truly stunning and the tropical dome a beautiful feature. I have difficulty walking and tire easily but these gardens have lots of well designed nooks with benches or seats to stop and rest or simply sit back and admire the surroundings. The entry fee is very reasonable and you're given a map on entry which meant we... More

Thankyou so much for leaving feedback. It is nice to hear that your 9 year old son enjoyed himself as often children don't like the idea of visiting gardens/woodlands but we have tried to make nature and playing outside fun with the wooden buildings. Thanks again. More

A lovely visit today... So peaceful with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the beauty of nature. Had lunch in the park tearoom lodge served cheerfully and we found the gift shop staff exceptionally friendly and helpful at the end of our visit. A gem of a place
