Lovely beach with beautiful sand dunes. Unspoiled and clean. Wonderful area for walkers and for families and very popular with those who enjoy water sports and wind sporting activities. Weather was dry, when we visited, and we enjoyed a fairly long stroll .
Rhosneigr is a lovely town. We bought baguettes and ice creams from a local café and enjoyed a little picnic. This is an ideal place to visit.

its such a shame that some people don't pick up their dogs poo.and some people pick it up in bags only to through it in the sand dunes. Honestly its not fair on children who play in the sand and people who don't have dogs. You see dogs so far in front of the owners they cannot tell where the dog has done his poo.now some people say the tide takes it out to sea actually it only takes it out to bring it back in.A group of people are soon getting together to save the beaches from irresponsible dog owners who just use the Rhosneigr beaches as a dog toilet and just to be clear I love dogs

Have been here numerous times for coffee lunch & dinner. It's a fabulous location, and the foods okay, the service is always good the owners help young offenders get back into the work place which is a great thing to do.
However we were really let down on this last visit. Took friends (fortunately close friends) it was bizarre as I had booked a week ago to be told they only had a 7.30 table left, place was empty?! Quality of the food was awful, I could go on but there we're too many complaints to list. When the bill arrived we decided enough was enough.... Explained to the manager what had happened who promptly wiped the food from the bill. I guess he realised it had been a shabby night. The waiter was really nice and did his job professionally. We will return if only to see if they we're having a bad night. I hope they up their game.

Beware of very dangerous riptides.6 children and 3 adults got pulled out today and were lucky to escape without drowning. This beach needs warning flags, signs and lifeguards, yet there are none. Be very careful. We wouldnt go to this beach again. Dangerous, yet no warnings.

superb clean beach, very quiet if not a little windy. I am sure the beach gets busy in the summer but on a breezy february afternoon it was the perfect place to let our dog (who hates other dogs) have a run round without a care in the world.

stayed in November, loved these beachs, walked for miles with the dog, loved the RAF jets flying over as well. These are some of the best beaches I have ever been to. nothing beats collecting shells walking with the dog on the beach.

Spent a week at half term in Rhosneigr with my family and made use of this beach daily. There are a number of beaches that are huge when the tide is out due to the shallow nature of the bay, hence the popular location for wake boarders. You can walk for miles and not see a soul, something I did most mornings at 7am while the family slept...the village has that laid back beach vibe going on and there are coffee shops, bars, restaurant, shops and the usual seaside chippy (with limited opening hours). The beach, village and location are all perfect for a relaxing week away, and if you get the sun can't think of a beach I would rather be on..

My childhood memories were made here with my mum dad(airplane fanatic who served in the RAF) and my two brothers and two sisters, going back next weekend with mum and two sisters to reminisce as dad sadly passed 5years ago,
Were all so excited

Wow what a great beach to walk clear your head let the dog go mad and enjoy.
We have spent many a happy hour walking up and down in all manner of weather and always leaving with the world seeming a better place, try it for yourselves and you will see what I mean.
Then go in to the town have a tea or coffee and think nice thoughts!!!!!!!
Cheers Nigel.
