A walk in the Dingle is always an interesting time whatever the season. The good chance of seeing red squirrels( the other month I saw 5 during a short walk) feeding or the variety of birds always means that something is waiting around the bend.

Our first visit to the Dingle. Easy to park, all clearly signposted. We had a lovely walk with our dog. Lots of feed boxes for the squirrels which made them relatively easy to spot.

This is a delightful area with accessible boardwalks. We didn't see any red squirrels though apparently there are lots. We liked the old railway line running through it and the fast flowing river and found it a really peaceful haven with exclellent parking at the...More

We had a nice pram walk through the dingle. If you have a pram the boardwalk is very very bumpy though but it sent our baby to sleep so we can’t complain! Our 2 boys enjoyed walking along the boardwalk and spotting the red squirrels....More

Enjoyed a lovely walk here. The woods looked beautiful in their Autumn colours. Spent a fascinating time watching red squirrels feeding. Easy walking conditions. Will certainly visit again when next in Anglesey.

Yes you can take dogs. I think maintenance work is finished. You can vary the length of your walk easily.

Yes, the woodland part of the walk is before the bridge. The bridge accesses the lake. With a pushchair the woodland will be a very lovely walk. There are lots of places to sit and watch fish. I have met many people who say... More
