A beautiful building.

This is a wonderful church building. One of the most magnificent in Wales. Try to also visit the Tithe Barn and view the tapestry. However the location is Abergavenny.

A nice little church

If you are in Monmouth then it is worth the time to walk up to the church and have a look around. You wouldn't drive 20 miles just for this.

Really beautiful church
Jun 2019 • Family
I was here for the evening of 8/06 with my daughter as she was singing in a choir, along with two other choirs. It was my first time visiting the church and I have to say it’s fantastic, really beautiful. Stunning windows and statutes, well cared for seating that’s original. Beautiful grounds and great acoustics to match.

It’s open due the day and they are happy to receive visitors. I will certainly be going back

Beautiful old architecture
Apr 2019 • Friends
This was the first time I had been inside this lovely old church beautiful stained glass windows, a lovely altar and with it's stations of the cross and looking at some of the statues at first I thought it was a Roman Catholic church. Ladies were busy decorating the church for the Easter Festival. It really has loads of history it's quite large and well maintained definitely worth a visit.

Lovely church
Mar 2019 • Couples
A large, almost square church with a lot of architectural interest. It dates back a long way and, for me, the stained glass windows over the entrance door were a feature worth a look. The stations of the cross, scent of incense and statue of the virgin suggest that this is rather high church. It is clearly very active in the community.

A VERY INTERESTING CHURCH
Aug 2018 • Solo
I live quite near to Monmouth so I have visited this Church many times as there is a lot to see.
It is large and well maintained,a lot of the history of the town is here eg.details of the Monmouth -sunk many years ago. Registers of deaths, marriages and details of occupations-fascinating.
silver donated to the Church by parishioners, but the medieval silver is in the National Museum of Wales
