Inspire2adventure are an outdoor adventure activity provider operating in the Wye Valley, Forest of Dean and South Wales. We offer Stand-up Paddle Boarding, guided open canoeing and kayak river trips on the River Wye, Gorge Scrambling Experience near Abergavenny, Rock climbing at Symonds Yat and high level ropes. Our popular Rock & SUP, Gorge & Paddle, Ropes & Gorge, Rock & Gorge, Paddle & Rock Adventure Days are great fun for family and friends looking for adventure. Ideal half or full day adventure activities for hen & stag parties, families, groups, youth groups, corporate team building, colleges and school groups visiting the area. Discounts are available for groups and we offer youth group pricing. All our activities include safety and activity equipment along with professionally experienced qualified instructors. Inspire2Adventure are AALS licensed.

Had an amazing time gorge walking with our friends. Justin was an engaging instructor making us feel safe and telling us about the local area. Some parts were challenging for us as beginners but came away with a great sense of achievement and would recommend to anyone wanting to experience something different.

My husband and 2 boys (13 and 12) had a half day climbing experience and had a great time. They felt safe at all times but were able to have fun and each of them was challenged with their own performance. The instructor was welcoming and knowledgeable, ensuring all had fun.

Having never paddle boarded before both Paul and Justin were very helpful, patient and encouraging. The four of us three adults and a teenager had a great time and would thoroughly recommend this company and experience. Thank you for a memorable day

6 of us spent a brilliant 2 hours paddleboarding on the river. Our ability ranged from having done it before, to never having done it to absolutely terrified. Paul & Justin were amazing and put no pressure on anyone to stand up but in the end we all did! They taught us basic skills and then got us doing games to build confidence and to have fun. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we'd definitely do this again next time we are on holiday in the area. The river was beautiful and really quiet. Do take a change of clothes and a towel - you will get wet!!

Stayed in the area over August bank holiday and did rock climbing/abseiling with Paul and Justin one day, and gorge scrambling with Justin on another day. Both fantastic fun experiences, excellent teaching, Covid safe. We loved every minute and would highly recommend you use Inspire2Adventure for any of your outdoor adventures. Thanks guys.

We went paddle boarding with 2 adults and 2 kids (11) and (14) and loved it, despite the weather. Paul managed to encourage each one of us. We did some fun games on the boards and all of us managed to stand up on the board. The nice thing for me, as a parent, was that I could enjoy the paddle boarding without having to worry about how the kids were doing.

We had a wonderful time rock climbing at Symonds Yat.
Family of four, with teenage girls.
The setting was fantastic and despite the rain we stayed dry under the trees.
We had done some indoor climbing before but the outdoor experience was so much more interesting.
Our coach Sarah was brilliant and really helped everyone.
It was not just climbing, everyone got involved with belaying and controlling the ropes etc.
The 3 hours flew by. The girls really enjoyed it.
The cafe at the car park also served some lovely paninis for after climbing lunch.

We had a great time Gorge Scrambling yesterday with Paul. He was so knowledgeable of the area and the Gorge. We both walked up and climbed up the Gorge. It was really fun, would highly recommend if you don’t mind getting a bit wet!

We had to change our activity from gorge scrambling to rock climbing due to the dry conditions and very little water in the gorge. Paul let us know a few days ahead of our activity and and we happily switched. Really easy booking and communication 👍🏻
We just wanted to say what an amazing time we all had climbing this afternoon. Sarah, our instructor, was absolutely brilliant! We have climbed once before as a family with ropes, under instruction, but spent a lot of time watching. Sarah was so good a working out our capabilities and wanted us all to get the most out of our afternoons activity (2 adults, 2 children 8yo & 10yo). Sarah gave us everything we needed to try new stuff, learn new skills and be confident with our climbing. I thanked Sarah for being fab but just wanted to say it again! Climbing together as a family is such a great thing to be able to do together and Sarah made that possible so we all felt challenged. Thank you for a great afternoon climbing in a gorgeous location

Lovely afternoon paddle boarding on the Wye. Our instructor was helpful and patient and got us going successfully in no time. We quickly build confidence and were standing up in no time. Our family of 4 had a great afternoon and we’re pleasantly surprised by how much we achieved. The Wye was beautiful and clean, and the surprise Chinook low level flypast was a bonus. Thanks to Paul for excellent instruction.
