Although it was October it was a mild sat and considering was the day after storm Callum we were very surprised by how clean the beach was, no rubbish or plastics at all.

Love this lovely gem of a place. Beautiful scenery with a flat walking area ideal for us getting older. A good range of coffee shops and restaurants. The castle and Life boat station are well worth a visit
Criccieth is a little gem of a place. I love the beach as you can enjoy yourself without the crowds that gather on other nearby beaches. With it being quite compact you can visit the castle and local shops too.
We had a walk along the promenade each evening after dinner.It is nice and flat, but getting to it is a bit hilly.But if you are in a car there are plenty of parking spaces.we had some lovely sunsets while were there
