Great place to take the kids for free!

Great place to go with your kids if they love bikes, scooters or skateboards. Really nice place for a picnic too.

Worth the climb
Feb 2020 • Couples
Beautiful park with plenty to see. Quite a long climb up but benches along the way to rest. Lots of interesting things to see.

We were just looking for a coffee and found much more.
Aug 2019
Just looking for a coffee and sit down we chose Eirias Park without knowing what was there. As it turned out the cafe in the sports centre supported an outside seating area which overlooked play areas, a lake, bowling greens and open spaces.
The coffee and tea was good, the parking accessible, the surroundings relaxing. A win!

Small Cafe/Shop closed!!

Live locally, take grandchildren here regularly. Children's Park has quite a few swings etc to play on. Lovely enclosed wooded area where children can play freely with some sand and water play. Nice picnic area in here. Downside, Conwy Council need to pull their finger out and get the boating lake up and running, toilets and little shop opened. Tennis court should not be the only place for children to use a toilet as leisure centre quite a walk for little ones. Also 'No dogs allowed' sign needs renewing as I have seen people take dogs through the area where they are banned.

Rule
May 2019 • Friends
Definitely need to change the rule about not being aloud to go to the gym when not with a 16+ and should be aloud from the age of 14 and + because young teenagers don’t want to be growing up fat or unhealthy and might want to keep fit by going to the gym but do t have a 16+ with them

Disappointing park
Sep 2018 • Family
This was a lovely park in years gone by it's been left and neglected by the council no public toilets in the park area there are some in the leisure centre or a long walk to the prom lots of building work going on a new all weather pitch being built two bowling greens one of which is for the public to use and one for Eirias park bowling club both are Badly maintained the little kiosk that sold food and drink is not open anymore a trip to the prom for refreshments is a must, in all it's sadly run down and needs a complete makeover.

Fun for children and grown ups
Sep 2018 • Couples
We went there today just for a walk but ended up spending some time there because it's unbelievably fun. We enjoyed the children's park so much, especially the zipline. We also sat on a bench by the quiet lake, taking pictures of the ducks.

Lovely area for a stroll or playground
Jun 2018 • Couples
Quite often walk through the park past the two boating lakes, playground and huts, tennis courts and bowling green. Pleasant way to get to the beach, underaged and under utilised. What a pity the council don’t make more of this secluded park. With a little more love and attention what an asset this could be. Great for an evening stroll, small park for the children and wild black rabbits. Always like to look out for them...
