We went last summer (2017) and it wasn't bad, great twisting slide at one corner. Our son enjoyed it. But sadly, this summer, an empty building.........

First off if your thinking of visiting this crap hole you should wear overalls it's filthy.
God forbid you disturb the staff while they all take there dinner break together and want to order food . You'll be meet with the slamming of forks( which are filthy the cutlery is dirty as f ) and a royal strop and then get eye balled while they talk about how you disturbed them. Take this time as sit and wait for the worst food you'll ever experience and take time to admire how dirty the place is the floor is greasy. Cob webs. Dirty tables . I didn't venture in to the toilets myself I wasn't brave enough the food area was enough.

Time goes by quickly when having fun!

I took my daughter here on a Saturday morning during the early bird offer (£3 child adults free) to meet up with 3 friends with toddlers of the same age group. Our girls thoroughly enjoyed playing in the toddler area, and the staff even gave them a pram and doll to play with. We stayed here for 4.5 hours, us adults enjoying chatting, eating and drinking and the girls playing happily. I feel the food was of very good quality in comparison to other soft play centres I have visited and the lasagne was delicious and home made. The portion sizes were great-in all honesty and very reasonably priced. we will definitely visiting again soon. It was a perfect venue to entertain children whilst it poured down outside, was warm, conformable with great food, where the children could be independent and safe in their play. what more do we want!

Extortionate prices.place was absolutely filthy.food was awful, cold and uncooked, also expensive as hell.toilets were disgusting and smell from them was coming out into the area you have to eat in. Couldn't sit downstairs as it's was freezing and we had a little baby with us.nothing there for babies to play with expect a small baby gym which was filthy and two bouncers that looked like they were ready for the bin.definitely be sticking to little mzzz's from now on!

Expensive, cold and poor food not to mention dangerous! Son was nearly strangled!
Mar 2017 • Family
My first visit when this place first opened was a shock to say the least! I have never had to pay to accompany my child into a soft play area in all the places (England and Wales) that I have been. The explanation for this was that it had been built to accommodate adults and the prices (£5.95 per child and £3 per adult so total £17.90 for a family of 4!) were to cover setting up costs etc. I only went there due to location, however for those prices it is cheaper for me to foot the cost of fuel and drive the 60 mile round trip to Carmarthen and go to Krazy Kids which is much bigger as well and I can do al my shopping while there so killing 2 birds with 1 stone.

The next gripe is that the place is really cold, especially downstairs, so me and hubby basically paid £3 each to sit and freeze! Also, not sure the staff know how to smile, they all look depressed and most are quite rude. The cost of food is extortionate, and really poor quality as well.

My son very nearly strangled himself on the toddler area due to a piece of wire sticking out at the top of the slide which his tshirt caught on and he was hanging by his neck! Thank goodness I was sat close by and realised the screams were screams of fear/pain and not that of children having fun and ran over to unhook him. When I mentioned the incident to the owner (not really to complain, more to make her aware so it could be fixed) she got defensive and said it wasn't her responsibility to fix it, it was the maintenance people for whoever they bought/rented the equipment from. No apology or assurance it would get fixed soon. We went back for a party a couple months later and the wire was still there.

Both kids are old enough for the bigger section downstairs now which seems to be a little safer (apart from the super polished death slide!) and we do still go on a rainy weekend morning when they have the £3 per child and adults free deal or for parties but I wouldn't pay full price here as it really is a big rip off!

Tables and floors dirty. The toilets were disgusting.
Staff very unhelpful, had a couldn't care less attitude.
Expensive too, have to pay for yourselves as well as the children.

Charging for adults to supervise their child? Don't part with your money!
Sep 2017 • Family
I've never previously encountered charges for adults in a soft play for children. We were charged and entry of nearly £15 for one 14 month old, his mummy, daddy and grandmother. Needless to say we didn't go in. We took him to the beach and bought him a wet suit instead, which was £5 cheaper than the soft play! I'm not surprised that Ar y bel is up for sale...

Pricey
Aug 2017 • Family
Fantastic play area for the kids, however being charged almost £15 for two children (age 3 and 5) and an adult was way too much. I have never heard of a softplay that charges adults to supervise their children. The staff weren't the happiest. £3 for a jug of squash and £1.30 for a fruitshoot. Certainly will not be going back in a hurry.

Way too expensive
Aug 2017 • Family
Nearly choked when she said £14.90!!! For 2 children an one adult!! It's play area is small, we were warned about the slide! Be aware parents it is dangerous, children hurting their backs when they go down.staff were miserable a young girl served us as we entered she really needs to cheer up...I won't be coming back Instead I will drive to Quackers 30 odd miles away as they are reasonably priced, good food and very happy staff.
