Earlier I purchased my blue suede shoes and a long sleeved Bob Dylan themed shirt. This time, I purchased a short sleeve shirt impressed with red lips. Fun, fun clothes

We visited the Peabody and shopped at Lanskys. The shops were very nice. Clothing was very much in style for Memphis. The gift shop had wonderful items from Radco Christmas Ornaments to wonderful Ducks made from 100 year old cedar fence post. I couldn’t resist not taking home a duck.

Wanted to see the windows that Elvis was peering into years ago. Well, we found them! The old location of Lansky's (which is now located in the beautiful Peabody Hotel). Items for sale in the new shop are lovely. Something to see when in Memphis.

I could have bought half the shop easily. So many stylish clothes available with wonderful cuts and patterns. The women's fashions did nothing for me, but the men's fashions were outstanding. I certainly recommend shopping here when you come to Memphis.

Lansky’s is where Elvis got a lot of his clothes. Their store is filled with cool clothes fit for the King, from the wildly outrageous to other stuff that, while still Elvis-like, is a bit more to the tastes of those a bit more conservative. It’s a fun place to shop and who knows, even if those types of clothes isn’t your normal choice of attire, there’s a good chance that you may find that one item that speaks to you. Check out the store on Second Street of locations in the Peabody Hotel.

We were at Peabody's to see the ducks, only to find this awesome collection of rock memorabilia, so many guitars from so many famous people in such an awesome shop

Went to the Peabody to see the ducks made sure to visit Lansky's . The service is top notch and one that is very missed in todays fast paced retailers. The selection of clothes and finer mens wear is unique and second to none to get something special that you wont't find at most traditional retailers. Thank you for your help.

Clearly the Elvis history for this clothier is a clue it will be interesting before you walk in. But although there was something here for every "young man" - very trendy shirts and jackets (think Vegas resort wear on steroids), they are so unique and well made they stand on their own. Some items were pricey, but when you see the embroidery, the detail, the mother of pearls, its actually reasonable - its also not all hats and 300 silk dinner jackets. We got a few great mens shirts that can be worn anywhere for about 40 bucks each. Staff is great at the main locationand the one in the Peabody - Plus, its history, people.

This place was awesome! I mean just amazing! Everything in here is beautiful if you have a little bit of money to spend Eric can you go here and shower and get all get close. This is the original maker for Elvis Presleys clothes. They even have some great memorabilia hung up all over from there celebrity clients! Store clerk was an amazing and kind women with lots of info and ready for questions.

Since 1952 Lansky Bros. has been adapting its style sense to suit the tastes of celebrities who want edgy yet classy.
Bernard Lansky gave Elvis the swag he needed to boost his confidence on the groundbreaking Ed Sullivan Show.
With Beale Street as its birthplace, a move to The Peabody gave international exposure.
