I stumbled across this statue just after visiting Graceland and immediately upon arriving at Beale St. Nice find and it's a good statue that actually looks like him. I was there at noon on a hot Wednesday and there was no one else there. No tourists or panhandlers. Great photo op.

We saw this statue on the way from the trolley stop near Beale and I had to take a photo. I was directed by a panhandler as to the proper place to stand to get this shot- I'm not kidding. The panhandler was a poet and quoted us some poetry, so we helped him a little.

What a great way to honor the KING! This is a very good statue, but personally I prefer the one now located in the lobby of the Tennessee Welcome Center on Riverside Drive.

We went for our bucket list trip to Memphis to trace the footsteps of Elvis. This statue is situated at a high point on Beale Street and is well done. However, there were many homeless and drug-addled people congregating around the statue. It felt very unsafe, as did much of Downtown Memphis.

We walked from our hotel up Beale Street to find the Statue. The metal fence around it does not allow you to get real close. It is worth the 10-15 minutes it took to get there but literally the photo is the whole thing.

Worth visiting if you're in the area! It's just a normal sized statue of Elivs, there's a few places to sit, but it's really just something extra to add onto your trip. I wouldn't say it's a "destination" location - but when you're on Beale St. it's SUPER close and easy to walk to.
We got lemonade and drank it while sitting in the park. It was a great spot for that.

It is located right next to BB king club. Right on the right side after the Beal street sign. Great spot to take a picture of Elvis.

We enjoyed this little raised platform just above the street. Not many visitors so we had a lot of time to take pictures. Sadly, a couple of teams of thieves approached us. Security from across the street quietly ran them off.

This statue stands proudly on Beale Street and depicts the “King” holding his guitar. It is a great opportunity to get a photo with Elvis.
