My fiance and I visited Dixon for the Rodin gallery, which was very nice. Even though it was fall, the gardens were lovely and we had a blast walking around! I can't wait to go back in the spring.

The gardens are beautiful and will probably be in full bloom soon. The scavenger hunt for the kids kept them busy and engaged.nicely done!

The Dixon is a fabulous gallery with works that change out every time I'm there. This trip things were AMAZING! Monet and Rodin to mention a couple! The Gardens are always a treat to enjoy. I never go to Memphis that I don't visit the Dixon. LOVE this place!

Going there after several cold spells the expectation for the Gardens was not very high. It was a nice place to walk around, but much of the greenery was, well, brown. They do have a nice heated building for the orchids, they were beautiful. The Gallery is nice. I would say average for a city of that size. They had... More

This is such a treasure of Memphis. If you're seeking a quiet retreat, whether it's inside or out, this is a lovely destination. I think my favorite time to visit is in the spring when everything is blooming. The tulips can be breathtaking. The house has different galleries. They have travelling exhibits that come in, and some permanent exhibits. I... More

The gardens were hands down the most beautiful I've seen in this lifetime. The grounds are wonderfully kept- admission is very fair. Each season brings a different blend of colors and smells. Absolutely a must see if botanics are your thing.

We were looking for something to do on a recent rainy afternoon and this place came highly recommended. The grounds are beautiful and I can imagine them being extraordinary in the warmer months when all of the flowers are in full bloom. The amaryllis exhibit was lovely and is definitely worth a look. The indoor programming was well done too... More

Dixon museum impressed me by the uniqueness of the collections. December presented us with the largest Rodin collection we ever expected to see in a single location. The museum nicely arranged the 51 statues across several rooms. A small version of 'the thinker ' and the enormous 'the three shades' among ohers can be appreciated until jan 11. Also, we... More
