Blown away, we happened to stumble upon this place and I'm glad we did. Well worth the little walk down from the road it's about 1km. The sand is white the views are fantastic, no seaweed. Clean and tidy. Beautiful views. The sun sets here in the evening and it's beautiful.

Was here very recently. A series of beaches, the biggest of which has large dunes and is great for sport, sitting at, admiring the views over the islands. There are also a few other beaches separated by rocks, all nice, one very small and all very quiet A good spot for sunsets or have a barbecue or beer on the... More

It is a short drive from Glennfinnan Monument - about 20 minute..- we had a 30 minutes stop before getting to Mallaig - is worth going if it a beautiful sunny day - as we were lucky to see the clear coral blue waters. it is a very very nice place to chill out for a few hours , have... More

We went with our three year old who loved collecting shells and poking in rock pools. In hindsight we should have packed a picnic and stayed for the day but we were just passing through. The beach was quiet and the sand perfect for sandcastles. We weren't brave enough to test the water though!!

Clean, unspoilt, beautiful soft sand and clear water. Kids had great fun on the beach, in the water and exploring rocks.

Well worth a visit. Beautiful golden sands worthy of a film location. Hold on, it was a film location!

If it weren't for the fame of this beach (having been featured in "Local Hero"), I'm not sure it would be my top choice compared with the one a bit further south, across from the Traigh Golf Course. We got on the B8008 from the south and were enjoying the scenic route towards Camusdarach when Camas Rubha' a' Mhurain came... More

This is one of the most beautiful beaches in Scotland, I would even say the beach and the crystal blue sea bet any I have seen in Thailand. It was rainy when I visited but will definitely return in the future on hopefully a beautiful day :)

This beach is a little further along the B-Road from the popular one at Morar, but worth the extra drive. After a short walk around the sand dunes is a beautiful and quiet beach, with lots of seashells on the beach and excellent views across the Small Isles.
