Pity about the collapsed walk on the 2nd burn, it used to be a great circular route. How about getting the army engineers to rebuild it again.

Great walk with fabulous scenery, culminating in a visit to the wonderful Castle Campbell which is open to visitors. The walks were tranquil, the only sounds being the gurgling streams, tumbling waterfalls and birdsong.

Had a lovely walk and a good day on the hills. We had a lot of mist but it was great to get out for four hours. Met a lot of people who were lovely and friendly.

Felt in need of a bracing hike after our wee break, what better place than Dollar Glen. The steps can be quite steep and slippy in places so make sure you wear the proper shoes! The walk we took crosses the river and goes over...More

Beautiful walk with lovely scenery especially in October. I think we managed to do it back to front which meant it was quite steep but was definitely worth it.
