Delicious pizzas with innovative toppings. Thin bases as they should be in the relaxed surroundings of the Cook School dining area. Big changes in 2019 should make the experience even better. Our visit coincided with the Christmas Market and a canapes demo by Nick himself.

Disappointed to find despite having booked dinner that the restaurant was closed. This was due to bad weather and a power cut which is understandable. Having left my phone number and travelled 30 miles to get there I would have thought that they would have...More

Hi Don, you don't need any experience. I'm a novice cook and Nick was a great teacher. They explain everything step by step. It can be a busy class and there is more than one teacher floating to help. It's great fun
