Looking for some fun for grandson. Ideal, suits varied ages up to around 8 yrs. Our grandson could play whilst we were at ease in the cafe situated at the side of adventure area. At the end of his time he was able to join us in the cafe and have a nice lunch.

Rude staff, overpriced poor quality food, dirty soft play and a simply pathetic excuse for a toddlers area. The state of the toilets was beyond believe and obviously had not been cleaned in days if not weeks. It is no surprise at all that this place is no longer trading.

The play area is particularly small, mainly made up of a large inflatable, with a much smaller climbing frame. This is nothing like any soft play area I have previously visited. The tables were dirty, as were the chairs. The play area appeared unclean also. Staff couldn't find tea bags to serve me my tea and they were generally was disorganised. My children were bored in less than an hour. Would certainly not visit again.

Clerk mistakenly asked for full price entry at 3:45 this afternoon despite their Facebook post which advertises £2 after 3 pm on weekdays. I corrected her, she argued with me, I argued back and she eventually let my 1 year old in for £2. Five minutes later, another staffer approached us and said we hadn't paid the correct fee. I said that according to Facebook, I had. She argued with me, we had to leave and I wasn't refunded my £2. Absolutely horrendous treatment.
