We visited the Cumberland Caverns and found it to be a real enjoyable, educational, and rewarding experience! Brittany was our tour guide and she did a really nice job of explaining the caverns, providing interesting information, and answering our questions. The cave system was very extensive with a variety of rooms and things to discover. The tour lasted nearly two... More

The door to enter Cumberland Caverns is much like the door to Moria. Speak friend and enter. There the similarity ends. It was a great 2 hour trip into the earth with no Balrogs or Orcs. The guide was very knowledgeable about the cave system and gave a lot of background on how it was discovered and some of the... More

Thank you for your review. Cumberland Caverns is great any day of the week, but it is always a good day to be underground when it is rainy and nasty outside. We are glad everyone enjoyed the tour and hope you will visit again soon. Kelly Roberts, Marketing Director More

This place is better than lots of other caves we visited. It was intriguing. Our kids enjoyed and never complained about walking and climbing stairs. The staff were friendly.

Our Cub Scout Pack overnight included a group of about 80 cub scouts, siblings, parents and some grandparents We spent a Saturday night in Cumberland Caverns. What fun! We planned ahead and came prepared to camp in the cave. The Caverns provide a liability waiver and a list of what to bring. Each person filled in the waiver; parents had... More

Really enjoyed our visit. We went 9:00 am on a Saturday. We were the only ones and so we could go at our own pace. It was great to hear all they stories about different parts of the cavern. They have a room in there were they have concerts. I would love to go back when they have one.

There were about 15 people in our group, including a couple with 2 small children, The tour was about an hour and a half - as indicated it would be. There were a few areas with a lot... More
