Brilliant place to visit especially on a nice clear day. Car park can get extremely busy on a good day. Roads are quite narrow and there is an interesting hairpin bend near the top. On a clear day you can see for miles. Plenty of walks to go on do allow plenty of time.

Brilliant area to go walking, stunning landscape, perfect to get away from it all, highly recommended.

Fantastic views that are reasonably accessible. Always check the weather it changes so quickly. For the best views get off the road and walk a little way

We have visited the Quiraing quite a few times over the years and it still excites. If you desire to do the whole road between Uig and Staffin, the best way is to come over from Uig towards Staffin as you get the reward of the superb view from the rough core car park above the switchback single track road... We walked the full 6 mile route of the Quiraing when it was covered it snow but the sun shone all day. The path from the highest and furthest west car park is narrow and on the side of the mountain, so at times seemed a little treacherous in the ice and compacted snow, with a number of waterfalls to... This is a stunning place to visit in terms of scenery but for those who are not experienced climbers, please keep to the obvious paths - even then you need to be careful walking over small waterfalls etc. You will find much reading on it being worth scrambling up to the Needle and beyond but please note, this is not... The Quiraing (although best reached by a car that an experienced professional is driving), is one of the most stunning natural beauties of the world. We went for a private lesson with a local professional photographer (who thankfully did the driving!), and we were just amazed at the vast landscape. FYI, we went in mid-May and it turned quite chilly... More

We went to take pictures of the sun rising over the Torridon mountains and it didn't disappoint. Fantastic rolling terrain, and if you get the right weather, awesome photographs. Watch your footing at the edge, its a long way down!

Breathtaking views, you can really see why so many films have featured this stunning backdrop. Make sure you go to the top road past the old graveyard to get the panoramic views.
