Have been coming to Mull for a week each year for the last 10 years (at least). Sealife Surveys 7hr trip is one of the attractions that brings me back to Mull. The staff are always well informed and knowlegable about the wildlife and history of Mull and what we might come across. Andy (one of the volunteers) who usually... More

We went on the ecocruise (2 hour trip) because we weren't sure if the 7 yo would cope with the longer one. He would have because the crew are just brilliant and the trip was great fun. Very knowledgeable regards identifying the wildlife and in terms of what is generally found in different places on the tour. They are also... More

Really enjoyed the family trip. 5 hours at sea and lots of interaction and things to see. The team were great and real experts. Well worth it. Note dogs are welcome on the boat journey. This was clear when booking and not a problem for us. However, I know a few other groups were surprised.

Absolutely fantastic trip. Obviously it's a hit or a miss with what you see but still very very enjoyable. The kids were given a checklist and fun sheet to keep them entertained. We saw white tailed eagles, golden eagles, seals and much more on our trip. Totally recommend

Went on 7 hour trip with Tom as our skipper and Harry as guide. Ably assisted by Andy (professor plankton) and the 2 girls who were studying for PHD's. Set off on time and safety briefing all done, we then headed out and got word of pod of dolphins. There was 10-12 in the pod including couple of juveniles. They... More

A wonderful full day whale watch explorers trip. Definitely recommended if you want to go out looking for whales and wildlife, all the staff are knowledgeable, passionate and helpful. These trips contribute data to build up information on whales etc in the area. We saw at least 6 minke whales, porpoises, seals, Eagles and lots of other seabirds. A fantastic... More

We went on the family whale-watching tour. Unfortunately the orca seemed to have scared all smaller whales/dolphins away for the day but the super enthusiastic team tried their best to keep us entertained and pointed out many of the seabirds including a sea eagle. We even managed to see a couple of playful seals and an otter. Would recommend in... More

We booked seats on the Whale-Watching Boat and despite not having spotted a whale, we thoroughly enjoyed it! Dynamic, highly competent, friendly and enthusiastic crew. A lot of research going on as well, so you can learn on so many levels. Also: Immediate (proportional) refund on the same day because we had to return to the harbour earlier than expected... More

We had a fantastic day on Saturday 18th, having booked the 7 hour trip. Weather was idyllic and the blue seas mirroring the skies doesn't happen too often. We were quite happy seeing eagles (fly over white tailed), manxies, bonxie, porpoise and the supporting cast but to see orca was way beyond our expectations. Just after lunch it was announced...
