The Pump Room is run by volunteers. The lady who was there when we visited (Saturday) was lovely, greeting us with a warm welcome and explaining what was available to see. The exhibition was informative, as was the film playing.

This is a small building with a little gift shop, exhibits of 'taking the waters' and a bit of tourist information. Will pass a little time and interesting to those who haven't visited spa towns before

This village is truly unique. It took a visit to the pump room and a talk with the lovely ladies working there to get an insight into the history. They provided us with a leaflet and we walked around this truly amazing, beautiful place.
