Visited this area for 40 years and first time I have done this walk . Really enjoyable walk through the forest following the burn lovely photographic opportunities and look out for wildlife along the way took around 1 hour but you could stop n have a picnic .Quite an easy walk on the paths just a few steeper parts but should be accessible for most people. Car park small we had to sit n wait till someone left n you could easily miss the car park if you don’t watch out for the sign. Worth a visit

A lovely walk, the waterfall is stunning and it’s a very pleasant walk over bridges with fab scenery to reach it.

Walked off the coffee and scones from the cafe. Luckily the weather remained clear and dry and it was easy going underfoot.

Fantastic walk, lots of little bridges to cross over the river, one huge waterfall along the way and then the main waterfall at the end, also climbed up to the skating pond. Lovely walk for all, we went in January but if you went in summer you could take a picnic.
