My first visit to Gleneagles and having been very much looking forward to it I was a bit disappointed. It's meant to be 5Star but sadly didn't come up to scratch. I've been to similar spas which are better and also spas which make lesser claims but which still exceed the service here. When we arrived we were given a... More

I have been to better spas and my reasoning is this:- Romance It's not a romantic spa as men and woman can't enjoy many of the facilities together as they are separated - saunas and some other facilities. The swimming pool is part of the gym and in a different area. The actual spa bit is tiny. One spa in... More

I have just returned from a four day Sleep More programme at the Spa at Gleneagles Hotel and I am not exaggerating when I say that I feel like a new person. From my first telephone conversation with Louise, the naturopath I felt as if I was in capable and understanding hands. We discussed my sleep problems as well as... More

The Spa can only be used by guests who have booked a treatment so is rarely busy. My favourite treatment is the hot stone massage. Allow plenty of time before treatments to enjoy the steam room, sauna and hot water pools.

This is my third visit to Gleneagles. I chose to have a 'hot stone massage' treatment in the spa. The whole experience is pure luxury and sets a high benchmark for others. Even the changing area is amazing and spotlessly clean. The relaxation room and jacuzzi area is wonderfully relaxing and there are complementary snacks and drinks available. You can... More

We booked an indulgent day out on an autumn deal. The facilities are really up to date and spotlessly clean. The spa area is a reasonable size but you do have to walk through to the club area for the rest of the pools. The outdoor pool is the best. It's was snowing a little today but the water was... More

We were in before the wedding and the next morning and Alex still never wanted to come out after 1.5 hours.

My friend and I booked in for the two hour treatment! It did not disappoint! The girl who I had was so friendly and did not rush you in and out like in some "spa weekend" you are actually given your full time! I left feeling completely relaxed! The way a spa should be! Will be back soon!
