Been here a few times in recent years. The experience is amazing. You should always book in advance due to its popularity. Best to arrive about 2 hours before the treatment to enjoy all the facilities. I Have been known to fall asleep in the resting area as it is so relaxing.

We visited the Spa and I had the Oriental ritual which is a mix of acupuncture, massage and cupping. It was amazing, I felt thoroughly relaxed when I came out, the therapist was truly amazing and really knows her stuff!! My friend had a full body massage with the Physio and said that she was excellent too! Can't wait to... More

The spa at Gleneagles is truly out of this world. I've been lucky enough to visit a few times over the past 6 years and it just gets better with each visit. It is expensive however you can get good offers via the Gleneagles website and it is a proper 5 star spa and well worth the money!! The surroundings... More

If you are staying at the hotel be sure to book in advance, with a number of locals also being members it can get booked up for treatments pretty quickly despite the many rooms. Not cheap but very very nice treatments.

one of the best massages I've ever had at a hotel spa - jacuzzi and water pools and quiet areas are a MUST - it was a delight highly recommend.

We were lucky enough to be gifted a visit to the Spa at Gleneagles - my husband and I both had an Aromatherapy massage and it was brilliant. The Spa is a beautiful oasis of calm, and I loved it. Strongly recommend if you want a treat.

We booked a couples massage for our first day at Gleneagles. You have the option of wearing your robe/slippers from your hotel room to the spa our using the ones that are provided for you. We saw a little of both, so it's whatever you are most comfortable with. The spa has an extended menu of services available, the decor... More

This is a fabulous Spa ( so my wife tells me) . You can spend as long as you want pampering yourself!
