Great course

Played here as part of a big group in a charity event. Good test for your game with a great mix of holes.

This is a very picturesque course with lots of challenges, especially the signature 16th hole. The 19th hole is friendly, efficient and has good food with views over the 2nd and 18 holes. A great course loved playing it. Pro shop staff very accommodating.

Forres GC is a hilly course with a variety of holes. Short accurate iron play is required. The clubhouse has a good selection of snacks and they were very friendly. You can check the availability on-line. I just turned up and got on immediately.

Warm welcome, beautiful course and good food. And as a wee plasticine man might say - a Grand Day Out!

We started our annual golf outing at Forres golf club on a sunny and little windy Friday afternoon in sept. The course was in great condition and moved at a constant pace with 3 hours 30 mins to finish. Traditional soup and sandwiches on arrival were of good quality and cost. Thanks from the whole group

You won't find a better welcome from a professional anywhere! Well stocked club shop, great advice and very fair pricing, absolutely first class. Very well maintained course with a great high tee to low green first par 4. You've got to watch for the split level green as you will leave a tricky putt if you get it wrong! The... More

This truly was an eye opener a great wee course with loads of great holes and in fantastic condition. My party of 12 were given a great welcome by every one we met and enjoyed this course on a pretty wet and windy day but the course held up and was a very fair challenge. If you are in the... More

Visited Forres GC May 2015. Highly impressed with the course and the superb hospitality of all at the GC. Would not hesitate in returning again to this great course.

Forres Golf Club is a challenging parkland course, about a mile from the centre of Forres. It has lots of interesting holes which vary considerably throughout the course. It suits my standard of golf. A couple of long par 4s which challenge me to reach in two, but the rest are fair. Par 3s I can reach with irons -... More

We enjoyed playing this course recommended to us by the guide at Brodie Castle. A few tricky holes kept it interesting for the experienced golfers in our party and the one beginner had fun too.
